Just had an idea, how cool would it be to start a digital-only comics and content company on the original site of Charlton comics in Derby, CT? A close second to starting a company in Derby would be to find out the address for the original Fawcett comics headquarters in Norwalk, CT.
Does anybody remember or know what the street address was for Charlton Comics? Last night I was trying to find out if the original building is still there and if space is available to rent, but in the articles I looked at online about Charlton, none of them actually cite the address. I was able to find out they were on Division street from the indicia in old “Captain Atom” comic from the 1960’s. Odd, it didn’t give out the actual address on DIvision street and I can’t say for certain if that is the last location of the Charlton offices before they ceased publication.
